What do I do if my package goes missing? Or it does not arrive in the estimated time frame on the shipping policies page?
Please contact us via email or phone if your package does not arrive in the time frame listed on our shipping policies page -
First Class
USA - 7 to 10 business days (please give 2 weeks)
International - 4-6 weeks (please give the full 6 weeks)
Priority
USA - 3 - 5 business days (please give 7 days)
International - 7-10 business days (please give 3 weeks)
Reasons your package could be taking longer than usual -
Customs could be holding your package Weather could be creating a delay
For international Packages we also ask that you -
Please contact your local customs office to see if they have any information on the package. We can contact our local post office we shipped through but often they only have the information that we do (what is seen on the tracking) They CAN confirm whether it left the country or not.
If we do need to put an International Inquiry in please know it does take 4 - 6 weeks for them to send us a reply. This is because they have to send paperwork over to customs which then sends it back to the International Claims Center for USPS.
