Croda has developed this liquid formulation [45% active] and it is wonderful for use in cold mix formulas!
Characteristics: no neutralization required leaves a conditioning feel in rinse off products Excellent for thickening shampoo, liquid soaps, bath gels [when a bit too much fragrance is added, for example ;-)] preheating the product to 125 degrees and then adding to your room temperature surfactant base. Many people don't even heat the product first and it works perfectly! *test for clarity before committing to a huge batch!
