Shea Butter (unrefined) ~ our Shea Butter "Butyrospermum parkii" is cold pressed.
It's unique fatty acid composition makes it a suitable emollient for many
skin-care applications, such as baby-care products, massage creams,
make-up, and similar products. One unique characteristic of Shea
butter is its content of unsaponiables (up to 11%) which imparts
soothing properties and provides extra sun protection.

While our product is not CERTIFIED organic, each batch is tested by
Intertek (the world's most reputable third-party testing laboratory
www.intertek.com) to ensure that the product is aflatoxin-free,
bio-contaminant free, lead, mercury, and iron free.
Additionally, the product is tested for levels of concentration of key vitamins
and sterols. Some of the tests performed are:
