Days [1-2]: LactiSen Gel *evenings* This is a leave on product, if it burns, rinse off.
Day [3]: AHA Tonic 1.9 pH *evening* Work your way to 15 minutes leaving this on.
You may start at 30 seconds and have to rinse off. Trust what your skin is telling you!
Day [4]: LactiSen Gel *evening* Follow instructions above.
Days [5-6]: AHA Tonic 1.9 pH Follow instructions above. Adding Beta Exfo Tonic:
Day [7-8]: LactiSen Gel [let dry] and then apply the Beta Exfo Tonic 3.2 pH, as above, rinse if skin burns and work your way up to 15 minutes.
Day [9-10]: AHA Tonic 1.9 pH [let dry]. Apply the Beta Exfo Tonic 1.9 pH over this and allow to stay 15 mins [if your skin can tolerate this]
Day [11]: Let your skin rest, take a break.
Day [12]: Introduce the Mandelic Acid, thin layer, this is a leave on product.
Every 3rd day to start. Increase to every other day when your skin adapts and there is no sign
of peeling or irritation.
Day [13]: repeat steps 7-11 and follow specific instructions for the Mandelic Acid on its own.
